Yes, bone cells require oxygen and nutrients to function properly. Oxygen is needed for cellular respiration, the process that produces energy for the cell, while nutrients provide the necessary building blocks for cell growth and maintenance. Without these essential components, bone cells would not be able to carry out their functions effectively.
Cells get oxygen from the air we breathe, water from the fluids we drink, and nutrients from the food we eat. Oxygen is transported via the bloodstream to cells, while water and nutrients are absorbed through the digestive system and distributed to cells for energy production and other functions.
We need oxygen for our cells to be able to convert food into energy. We breath in order to bring oxygen from the air into our bodies and carry it in the blood to our cells. Because we practice aerobic respiration we would die without oxygen. Some things, particularly many bacteria, can live without oxygen because they respire anaerobically.
Hydra cells get oxygen through diffusion.
The cells of a redwood tree need oxygen for cellular respiration, which is the process that converts glucose into usable energy. Oxygen is necessary for this process to occur and for the cells to function and grow.
Red blood cells do not need oxygen because their primary function is to transport oxygen to all tissues in the body. They contain a protein called hemoglobin that binds to oxygen in the lungs and releases it to cells throughout the body.
oxygen
Absolutly, well sorta, all tissues of the body need oxygen to survive. but what most people think of as bones are just the hard calcium and mineral structure that is left behind when we perish. however inner area's of the bone called marrow need oxygen to make blood cells. their are also cells in bone called osteoblasts which constantly build bone and osteoclasts which constantly break down bone these cells in a nutshell keep the bones in good repair. to do their job they need oxygen. do the minerals that make bones hard and durable need oxygen? nope. dose everything else in bones need it ? absolutly
Cells need oxygen and enzymes to help metabolize food. Oxygen is used in the process of cellular respiration to generate energy, while enzymes act as catalysts to speed up the reactions involved in breaking down food molecules.
Your cells need oxygen to turn food into energy, reproduce, and basically perform all of their tasks.
Food serves as a source of raw materials from which the cells of the body can synthesize new molecules, provides living things with the chemical building blocks they need to grow and reproduce, and as a source of energy. Oxygen is used to break down glucose in the process of cellular respiration. Food and oxygen is how cells get their energy. When the nutrients combine with oxygen, energy is released. The process is similar to burning or how a car engine gets its energy. There is a chemical reaction which releases energy.
All cells need Oxygen.
cells need oxygen and a food supply to servive and once used up they die
oxygen
You need water, oxygen, and food. No light is required. But you do need the circulatory system to remove the wastes from the cells.
we know that we all need oxygen to live , we can live without food for 3 to 4 days and also water 2 to 3 days but the the first and the foremost thing that we need to live is oxygen .this oxygen is stored in some particular cells called the cytoplasm . these cells help plants prepare there food and if this cells are damaged then there is not fresh and pure air we can breath, hence this required.

I can provide one reason, but I am shaky on the other. Basically, the bone marrow (the foam stuff in your bone) creates red blood cells, which are vital for survival. Red blood cells transport oxygen to the lungs, and all the other important cells that need it. This proccess is called diffusion. I hope this is a little helpful! Thanks, LexaBookworm
