Probably not free gaseous oxygen, such as the Earth has and that we breathe. However, astronomers have determined that there is water ice - perhaps a LOT of it - in the deep craters near the south pole of the Moon. And water is H2O - two hydrogen atoms combined with one oxygen atom.

So, yes, there is oxygen on the Moon.
