There are many methods of preparation of acids, I am listing some of them below.
1. By Direct Synthesis (reaction of elements):
Examples:
HCl (Hydorchloric acid): H2 + Cl2 => 2HCl
HBr (Hydrobromic acid): H2 + Br2 => 2HBr
These acids are also known as Hydracids, as they are prepared by the synthesis of Hydrogen with non-metal. The general equation is:
Hydrogen + Non-metal => Hydracid
2. By dissolving non-metallic oxide in water:
Examples:
H2CO3 (Carbonic acid): CO2 + H2O => H2CO3
Similarly there are many other ways of preparing acids.
When fossil fuel is burnt sulpher combines with oxygen to form sulpher dioxide. This reacts with oxygen and water vapor in the air and forms sulphuric acid. It may fall to the ground as acid rain.

Acid rain is a rain or any other form of precipitation that is unusually acidic, i.e. elevated levels of hydrogen ions (low pH). It can have harmful effects on plants, aquatic animals, and infrastructure through the process of wet deposition. Acid rain is caused by emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides which react with the water molecules in the atmosphere to produce acids. Governments have made efforts since the 1970s to reduce the release of sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere with positive results. Nitrogen oxides can also be produced naturally by lightning strikes and sulfur dioxide is produced by volcanic eruptions.
soils that are derived from sandstone have low nutrients so the readily form acidic soil because of low base such as ca2+ k+ e.t.c

In industrial areas, acidic gases such as sulfur dioxide is emitted to the atmosphere. When it rains, the gaseous acids dissolve in the raindrops, and such rains are known as acid rains.
Depending on the alkali and acid used, a salt and water will be formed.
Every time it rains, it doesn't mean that there is acid, sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't. Acid rain come from factories. They release fumes containing sulfur dioxide, it then mixes with water and forms sulfuric acid. The acid cloud then travels with the wind and when it rains, the acid falls on trees and buildings and they corrode. That is why sometimes statues which are situated outside have small holes in them, because they would always be outside and when it rains, acid goes on them.
A salt is formed when a strong acid reacts with a strong base.
Acid rains contain sulfuric and nitric acids formed from oxides released by autovehicles, fuels burning, some industrial processes.
The fossil fuels burn and come up to the air as pollution. It gets into a cloud, and when it rains, there is acid rain.
Acid rains actually do not affect any rains, but does a massive damage to the environment. It would be fatal for some types of organisms and for human, acid rains will cause much effects including the irritations in the skin.
it is kind of an acid because of the acid rains that happen
when it rains the plants have sex with themelves and the acid goes in
The acid rains.
Acid rains contain traces of these acids.
Venus has a atmosphere of sulfuric acid.
acid rains
No. It rains methane on Titan.
