H2O2 is drinkable, it's hydrogen peroxide but it's poisonso you can't drink it. It's a very good antiseptic and bleaching agent (good for bleaching hair) and is sometimes prescribed as a mouthwash for mouth sores.
I've never seen it sold at more than 6% concentration and even that can burn skin so you can appreciate that it's a very powerful oxidizing chemical.
Yes, H2O2 is considered a weak acid.
Yes, H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) is acidic in nature.
Two elements are found. They are Hydrogen and Oxygen.
The H2O2 molecule has two lone pairs.
It is not an element. It is a compound named hydrogen peroxide.
The difference between H2O2 and H2O is, H2O is water and is drinkable but H2O2 has a second atom of Oxygen so it is no longer Water or drinkable, because it was chemically changed to Hydrogen Peroxide.
Desalination Dawg also reffered to as removing salt from the seawater to make it drinkable
Boil it
no ocean water can not be made drinkable by adding salt it would make it even more salty
Desalination.
No.
To make a 500 ml solution of 3% H2O2 from a 50% solution, you would need to dilute the 50% solution with water. You would add 325 ml of water to 175 ml of the 50% H2O2 solution to achieve a final volume of 500 ml with a concentration of 3% H2O2.
Get Bear Grills.
Desalination.
Hydrogen peroxide contain hydrogen and oxygen.
Well all water is drinkable just depends where you got the water from and the safest thing to do would be to boil it.
It is used today to make saltwater drinkable when you are at sea
