You cannot.
The best you can do is dye them.
To bleach gray pants, first check the care label to ensure they are bleach-safe. Dilute bleach in water according to the product instructions. Submerge the pants in the bleach solution for a short period, periodically checking until they reach the desired level of whiteness. Finally, rinse the pants thoroughly and wash them as usual.
Quickly blot up as much of the bleach as possible using a clean white cloth. Dilute the affected area with water and continue blotting until the bleach is fully removed. Neutralize any remaining bleach with a mixture of water and white vinegar, then rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and dry it completely.
Start with a ratio of 1 part bleach to 10 parts water for a light fade effect. For a 50 percent bleach solution, you can use a 1:1 ratio of bleach to water to achieve a stronger fading effect. Test on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric first to ensure the desired result.
Unfortunately, yellow bleach stains are permanent as the bleach has altered the color of the fabric. You can try masking the stain with fabric dye or fabric markers, or consider adding a decorative patch over the stained area. Additionally, you can try using a color remover to lighten the entire garment to make the stain less noticeable.
Sorry to say but you can't remove bleach spots. Bleach obviously bleaches the color out of clothing. It may be possible for you to get cloth paint in the same color as the fabric at a craft store and if that fails then you're sunk.
