Is Week old blood dried on clothes would be dark in color?

Blood stains will darken with age. To wash blood out of clothes, steep in cold water over night (avoid hot water as the heat will simply cook the blood and make it harder to remove). Use a cool wash as normal the next day. If the clothes are white and will withstand it, a bit of liquid bleach could be added to the overnight soak.
