well the green is caused by a cheap ring and your sweat oxidising so alot of washing and some rust remover will work good
Some rings from Claire's does. I remember buying one ring (that looked like a crystal engagement ring and came in a box) that ultimately turned my finger partially green where it layed. However, I did get another ring and it has not turned my finger green yet. I would be warry about which ring you buy, and if it does turn your finger a different color, just coat it with a couple coats of clear nail polish and reapply if it becomes chipped. Also, don't wear the ring anywhere there is water. Especially pools. Hope this helps!
The ring turning your finger green is a chemical change. This occurs when the silver reacts with substances like sweat or lotions on your skin, forming compounds that can discolor the metal and your skin. This change is not reversible by physical means.
If you ring is not real silver you will be able to tell, if your finger where your ring is placed goes green. If I have eaten too many foods with acid in them, all of my rings including my Gold rings turn my fingers green. Silver should have .925 stamped on it.
Copper gives off a green flame when burned. So, green.
Mixing off-white and green will create a softer, muted shade of green. The resulting color might have a slight tint of beige or cream, giving it a more subtle and earthy tone.
if you put clear nailpolish on the inner part of the ring it will keep the green coloring off of your finger
Iron, the iron will rust and cause your finger to go green
Probably the hospital.
Go to the doctor or the hospital, and take your rings off ;)
No rings are to be worn one on a finger at a time and only on the ring finger.
Titanium will not turn your finger green or affect the skin in any way. It is completely hypoallergenic which is why it is used for medical implants such as knees, hips, heart valves, and dental implants.
Just paint the inside of your ring with silver nail polish. This prevents the metal from touching your skin. You have to reapply every so often, though, because it wears off.
gold plate isn't durable at all it depends how you look after it as well..., as the sweat on your finger damages the ring removing the colour and leaving a horrible black or green finger ive had many gold plated rings myself !!
