By hair cement, I'm assuming you mean a brand of gel or a super hard holding product. If so, a clarifying shampoo should do the trick after a couple of shampoos. Don't have that lying around? Make a paste out of warm water and baking soda. Work it through your hair. Baking soda is a natural clarifying substance.
I really don't know .. but here's my advice: -Get it wet -Shampoo it -Condition it -Take a brush in the shower with you (one that you won't mind ruining) -Brush it through If it's still not out, then maybe either repeat or .. ?
To calculate the density of cement, you need to know the mass of the cement and its volume. Divide the mass of the cement by its volume to get the density. The density of cement is typically around 1,440 kg/m³.

Each type of cement has specific applications and characteristics.
Question undefined. The answer depends on how much cement you have.
Most hair cements such as Spike It and Got2Be have polymers in them. That is how they make your hair so stiff. Unfortunately, hair cement isn't good for your hair but it will not ruin it to the point of not fixing. I wouldn't advise using a lot for a long period of time. I use it for Halloween hair but other than that I try to stay away from it. Try like a Pravanna Hardening Fiber Paste.
Well there are many ways but the easiest is conditioner that says volume on it. Never use mousse, it makes your hair like cement and damages it.
If you are careless, liquid cement has a way of getting where it shouldn't - as witness the many people on this site who want to know how to get it off cellphones, Blackberries, watches, hair, dogs and clothing.

I've found that Got2be hairglue and freeze spray are the best, and for extra hold if it is really long you can mix some hair cement powder in the hairglue.
