bleach doesn't stain brown, something else is going on here, probably calcium lime or rust. get some CLR and go at the stain, should go away. Consider using a bathroom cream cleaner and a kitchen grade abrasive sponge NOT A WIRE WOOL TYPE!. Use teh plastic type and work in small areas to rub in the cream with the abrasive side. Test a small, area to see the effect. It might take several application to lift the stain out
