One of the best methods I have found is hairspray. If the garment hasn't been washed it will be easier to get out. I spray directly on the ink and rub. Keep repeating until it is removed. Then wash with a stain remover.
To remove ballpoint ink from a fabric chair, first, dab the area with a cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer. Blot the ink stain gently until it starts lifting off the fabric. Repeat as needed and then wash the fabric according to care instructions.
Rubbing alcohol or acetone are effective solvents for removing ball pen ink on fabric. Simply apply the solvent to a clean cloth and gently dab the ink stain until it lifts off the fabric. Make sure to test the solvent on a small, hidden area of the fabric first to ensure it doesn't cause damage.
Ink stains clothing because the pigments in the ink adhere to the fibers of the fabric. This adherence makes it difficult for the ink to be easily removed by washing. Additionally, some inks may contain oils or chemicals that can further penetrate and set into the fabric, making the stain even harder to remove.
It depends on how much ink and what type of ink. I wear lab coat and usually work with black pen ink lines or occasional blot of ink. With this smaller amount ink, hairspray works best for me. I will work it or soak it depending on the ink's response to the stain.
Hairspray contains chemicals that help break down ink stains and make them easier to remove from fabric. The alcohol content in hairspray acts as a solvent to dissolve the ink.
Very hard to remove from any fabric.

Computer printer's ink is specially formulated, and I would recommend not using a fabric ink.

To remove liquid ink from clothing or fabric, place a paper towel under the stained area and blot with a clean cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol or a stain remover. Repeat until the stain is lifted, then wash the fabric as usual. For other surfaces, like walls or paper, you can try using a damp cloth with a mild soap solution to gently scrub away the ink.
Fresh ink stains are easier to remove from cloth because the ink has not had time to set or penetrate the fabric fibers deeply. The faster you treat a fresh stain, the more likely you are to successfully remove it. Using the right cleaning solution and blotting technique can help lift the stain before it becomes more difficult to remove.
Gel pen ink on fabric can take several minutes to dry, depending on the fabric type and how saturated the ink is. It is best to let it air dry for at least 10-15 minutes to ensure it fully sets before handling or washing the fabric.
Depends on the type of ink and the fabric. Water, Soap and Water Bicarbonate of soda and water Washing(crystal) soda and water. Alcohol ( beer wines of spitirs) Isopropyl alcohol Acetone Paraffin Bio-washing powder/liquid Surgical spirits. Use in the above order. NB DO NOT use BLEACH, it will remove thecolour from the fabric. NNB If the ink is either Mandarin Ink or Indian Ink , it will NOT come out.
When you drop ink onto a cloth, the ink will spread out and be absorbed by the fibers of the fabric. The extent of the spreading will depend on the absorbency of the cloth. Quick action to blot and rinse the ink stain can help minimize its spread and make it easier to remove.
