Almost impossible, pepper doesn't dissolve as quickly as sugar though. Although you'll be without sugar. You could try shaking it but I doubt that will work.
Best just to use it as it is for times you need both. They are both cheap, just chunk it.

Coffee is a homogeneous mixture (assuming it has been well-stirred), as the mixture has a uniform composition throughout. Dividing the mixture into macroscopic parts, each part will have the same composition as the original mixture.
Yes. Black coffee is a homogeneous mixture.
no,because the particles inside the black pepper are not a crystal doesn't like in sugar and salt that can be disolved in water.
filter or decant leaving behind the pebbles. evaporate the water leaving behind the sugar.

1)separate the sugar+pepper from the rocks by washing rocks with water and collecting all water rinsed off the rocks. 2)with the water from step 1, pour it through a filter with holes smaller than the pepper and again collect the water. 3)boil the sugar-water mixture until all water has evaporated.
No, black pepper is not a pure substance. Instead, black pepper is what we call a mixture substance. However, salt is a pure substance.
Black pepper is a mixture, might have had different growth fertilizers. Distilled water is pure, and is a pure substance.
The mixture is heterogeneous.
If you mean salt & pepper in the same container, I would say heterogeneous mixture, but salt by itself would be a compount (NaCl?), while pepper would likely be a homogeneous mixture (milled black pepper).
Black pepper is a complex mixture of substances, but most of the "spiciness" comes from the compound piperine, which is made of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen.
Dissolve the mixture in pure water. Run the water through a filtration system. All the pepper should be trapped in the filter and you will need to allow this to dry. The water that runs through the filter should contain all the sugar - in solution. It will be necessary to allow this water to evaporate - either in its own time or by evaporation. However, you may end up with sugar crystals that are quite different (in size) from those in the sugar-pepper mixture.
Black pepper is a mixture of many compounds, some of which do contain sodium. However, it is part of a chemical, not free.
