W/ specific stains Vanish or another stain removal soap / spray can help to remove if they are stubborn stains. It is a good idea to put the shoes inside an old pillow case and maybe stick a towel or two in the wash so they don't hit off the washing machine too much and get damaged. For the laces, take them out and just soak them in bleach and hand wash them. This is how I've cleaned mine.

You can leave bleach on the hair for up to an hour. After this it will not work. You have to make a fresh batch. The more time that the bleach is out in the air the less time you have to put it on the hair. The ends are dark because there is more of a build up of colour there. You will have to do this on a few separate occasions. Because your hair is black the bleach will take longer to take the colour out. Black changes to red, the orange then blonde, it does take longer to get black out.

A LOT. and you shouldn't go from black to bleach. It's not good for your hair. But if you do, just make sure you take good care of it so it doesn't fall out. And if you want to save money , Sally's has awesome bleach in a big tub for cheap!
You take it to a black smith's and get another shoe!
