Take a sponge, wet it, wring it out, wipe it on your cell phone. This also works on wall paper! :)
It is probably adhesive from the back of the sticker. Nail polish remover should take it off.
You can try using a hairdryer to warm up the sticker, then gently peel it off. You can also use a mixture of warm water and mild soap to soften the adhesive and rub the sticker off with a cloth. Additionally, you can use a commercial adhesive remover to help dissolve the sticky residue left behind.

I would strongly suggest you buy a manual. You jack the rear wheels off the ground. Remove the tire and wheel. Place 13 MM head bolts into the outer side of the brake drum and tighten down to pop the drum off the shoes. Gently tap the brake drum as you tighten the bolts. Once the drum is off, you take the shoes and adjusting apparatus off. Replace the shoes. Adjust the adjuster until the drum goes back on with a bit of friction on the shoes, but still turning freely by hand. Remember the shoe with the shortest lining goes in the front. The longer lining shoe goes in the rear..After changing the shoes check the pedal. If it goes down to far when you brake you need to adjust up the rear shoes.
