Diffusion is the movement of a gas into a space and the mixing of one gas with another. Gases expand and mix with other gases to fill whatever available space is available if no barriers keep them apart. When an odor is released in one part of a room, it diffuses into the air into all parts of the room.

How does the arrangement and movement of particles in alcohol change as they get separated from the juice?

well in a liquid the particles move freely. When it goes through a condenser it changes into gas vapour. However when it comes back out it drops as a liquid because the condenser condenses the gas and changes the gas to liquid. The particles move closer as in a gas particle they move freely. So the gas particles move closer which forms the liquid particles. They change because they condense if the go through a condenser! Sorry if itz not the answer ur not lookin for sorry

How do gas molecules move around a room?

Through the diffusion process.

What is the difference between particles in a solid and particles in a gas?

The particles of a solid are attracted strongly to other particles around them locking them into a fixed position in which they may only vibrate but not move freely from one position to another. The particles of a gas are the opposite. Not strongly attracted, but move randomly about bouncing off of other gas particles. This allows the gas particles to move to any position, not just remain surrounded by the same few particles.

What state matter has particles flying about wildly?

Particles in a gas are not connected and move freely.

Do particles of solid have less energy than particles of a gas?

No,they don't because when the particles in gas ovecome the force of attraction they move more freely making the particles have more energy. Solid particles are tightly packed with a strong force of attraction making them have the least amount of energy compared to the other states(liquid and gas).

What particles move independently of each other?

Gas particles move very fast because the particles are separated and have enough space to move around.

do particles move faster as a liquid or a gas

Do gas particles move slower than solid particles?

No. Gas particles move much faster than solid particles.

Why is it easy to move through a gas?

because the particles in a gas have very less intermolecular force between them and great intermolecular space. so its very easy to move through it

What form of gas has particles that move freely?

Gas is the form, there is no form of gas, the particles in gas move freely, they actually vibrate.

Is bromine a solid a liquid or a gas when the arrangement of particles is far apart and random?

Bromine is a liquid at room temperature. The description of particles is of atoms in a liquid.

How do a gas molecules move across a room?

through diffusion processes.

Why is it easier to squash a gas?

it is easier to squash a gas because the particles are so spread out. this means they have room to move therefore they can all move into one place so can be squashed. they are not joined will means they can move anywhere.
