if it is on the housing (plastic / non screen part) get the aeresol version of "goof off" be sure to use it in a very very well ventilated area ----------------------------------------------------------------- To remove a permanent marker mark of an lcd screen (what i did); dab a little hand sanitizer on a napkin then rub the affected area. well, your question isn't very specific. if you mean off of skin, then rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer or acetone nail polish remover; if you don't have sensitive skin. if so, use baby oil or wipes.
We have a Purell dispenser in my classroom. We have found that this alcohol based hand sanitizer will remove Sharpie permanent marker from desk tops. This might not work on fabric, but it is worth a try. VERIFICATION: I know from long experience that alcohol - particularly denatured alcohol (hardware store) will remove permanent marker from clothing, though it may take a couple of applications.
