Plutos surface pressure?

Pluto's surface pressure is extremely low, estimated to be about 10 microbars, which is about 100,000 times less than Earth's surface pressure. This is due to its thin atmosphere composed mainly of nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide.

What makes up plutos surface?

It is thought to be composed of about 98% nitrogen ice, with trace amounts of methane and carbon monoxide.

What is Plutos Temperature and Climate?

Pluto's surface temperature ranges from about -375 to -400 degrees Fahrenheit (-225 to -240 degrees Celsius). Its atmosphere is thin and primarily composed of nitrogen, with traces of methane and carbon monoxide. Because of its distance from the sun and its thin atmosphere, Pluto experiences extremely cold temperatures and a very cold climate.

What is plutos atmophere?

Pluto has no atmosphere

Is Plutos atmosphere thick or thin?

Pluto's atmosphere is thin compared to Earth's. It is composed mostly of nitrogen, with small amounts of methane and carbon monoxide. The pressure at the surface is extremely low, making it challenging for spacecraft to navigate and communicate with Earth.

What is Plutos surface?

Pluto is in the milky way solar system that is furthest away from the sun. The surface of Pluto is comprised of methane gas, nitrogen, and carbon monoxide.

Is Plutos surface rocky?

no its icy and cold

What is the ice made of on plutos surface?

Would a person choke in Plutos atmosphere?

While the nitrogen's wouldn't be a huge problem, the methane and carbon monoxide would. Likely as not, however, you would freeze first, and essentially immediately.

What is plutos composition and condition?

Pluto's composition is primarily made up of rock and water ice, with a thin atmosphere of nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide. Its surface is covered in a frozen crust of methane and nitrogen ice, with evidence of geologic activity such as flowing glaciers and frosty mountain peaks. Pluto is classified as a dwarf planet and is located in the Kuiper Belt, a region of icy bodies beyond Neptune.

How many Pluto's fit in Uranus?

Well about 63 Earths could fit in Uranus and 157 Plutos would fit in earth. So basic multiplication gives you approximately 9891 Plutos could fit in Uranus.
