Sulfur dioxide is converted to Sulfur trioxide using Oxygen and a oxidizing catalyst like Vanadium(V) oxide:
SO2 + O2 --V2O5--> SO3
tri
SF7, but I'd imagine that it would be a - charge, as sulphur is -2, or +6 and fluorine is -1. Sulphur hexafluoride is in existence. hept in latin (I think) means seven. If you see di, tri, tetra, penta, hexa, hepta, octa etc, this means 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 etc respectively
The first five prefixes used in molecular compounds are: 1 mono-, 2 di-, 3 tri-, 4 tetra- and 5 penta-.
N2O3,Remember: di = 2 and tri = 3
The prefixes "di" and "tri" in ADP and ATP indicate the number of phosphate groups they each contain. ADP (adenosine diphosphate) has two phosphate groups, while ATP (adenosine triphosphate) has three phosphate groups. This reflects the different energy-carrying capacities of the molecules, with ATP having higher energy potential due to its additional phosphate group.
i think h2o, sulphur di oxide.
sulphur di oxide
A Molecule consists of one or more atoms so yes, sulphur di oxide is a molecule.
It's a mini-box PC.
Di-nitrogen tri-oxide is this compound's name.
the gaseous pollutants are ,sulphur di oxide, co, no,,benzene,carbon di oxide ect.
You can not separate a pure substance, only mixtures of at least 2 compounds possibly may be separated. Anyhow sulfur oxide is NOT an existing compound. Alternatives are sulfur di-oxide and sulfur tri-oxide.
ash, soot and dust are what are quite visible, but they block the sun out. plus there is a huge amount of sulphur di oxide released with carbon di oxide which can be carried by the wind anywhere on the globe. these gases are real harmful.
Sulfur tetraoxide 2- SO4 is sulfate
tri
The Silicon di-oxide acts as a dielectric which forms a capacitor.
