Alcohol has a lower boiling point than water so you can boil it off.

Alcohol burns, water does not, so you could set the mixture on fire. Of course, you would lose the alcohol that way....and actually,....you would eventually lose the water too, because it might evaporate due to the heat!
Distilling the solution and collecting the alcohol is the best method of separation if the alcohol is polar enough to be miscible in the water. If the alcohol isn't miscible in the water, then a liquid liquid extraction would be the quickest way to separate the two.
By simple distillation, assuming the alcohol does not have a boiling point near 100oC

how would you separate calamansi and water
Pure alcohol evaporates faster than pure water. A mixture of the two will slow the evaporation of the alcohol.

get a strainer to get the sand out silly :)

Not sure what is meant by mixtures? But, the sand and water can be heated to evaporate off the water, which can be condensed back into water. This will leave the sand behind.
