THC stays in your hair for several months even after you quit smoking. so if your a user and you need to pass a hair test read carefully.... first you will need time, 7 days to be exact. if you don't have 7 days, don't bother, you will not pass!

first you will need ALOE RID which is a line of hair care by NEXUS that has three parts. shampoo, a gel, and conditioner. use EVERYDAY for at least 6 days following instructions on bottle. can be found at most beauty supply centers such as sally beauty supply or ulta. all three bottles are sold together for around $45 (this was about 4 years ago though).

next purchase the hair detox sold at your local smoke shop which should consist of a shampoo and a gel only. costs around $30. use the morning of the day of your drug test. make sure you follow the instructions exctly DO NOT use conditioner or any styling products at all. and let your hair dry naturally.

now here is the most important part that most do not know to do. on the final day after you have used detox shampoo and gel you must use a brand new towel to dry your hair. i mean brand new from the store, unwashed, never used by anyone in your house hold ever. if you need to brush your hair same rule applys, use a brand new hair brush only.
