Acidic
a pH of 4 is most acidic than a solution with a pH of 5. In general, the lower the pH, the more acidic the solution is.
A solution with a pH of 4 is considered acidic. It has a higher concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) compared to a neutral solution with a pH of 7. Solutions with pH values below 7 are progressively more acidic, while those above 7 are progressively more basic.
Ph of 3-4
-log(10^-4 M) = 4 14 - 4 = 10 pH
A factor of 10 is the difference in a pH of 4 and a pH of 5 regardless of what the solution is.

A PH of 4 makes the solution acidic

Ph of 3-4
A solution which has a pH lower than 7 is a acid.
-log(10^-4 M) = 4 14 - 4 = 10 pH
The pH is 3,44.

if its complete dissociation, then the products would be a salt and water, which means the pH is 7 or neutral. OMG, if the pH is currently 4 then [H+] = 1.0 e-4 M (pH = -log[H+]) if you add 0.003 moles then 1.0e-4 M +.003 M = .0031 M (Since the strong acid HCL completely dissociates in aq solution) pH = -log [.0031M] = 2.51
pH = 4. The reason is that pH = -log [H+] or -log [H3O+] = -log 10^-4 = 4.
