It's polar. If you draw out its Lewis structure, you'll see that it has a pair of lone electrons, which has a greater electronegativity than any bonding pair can possibly have. Because of the electronegativity of the lone pairs, the bonding pairs are pushed closer together, making the compound asymmetrical and therefore polar.

polar, the molecular geometry is seesaw thus not symmetrical and fluorine is the most electronegative element and when the lewis structure is drawn there is a slight grouping of the flourines.

Polar. The S-F bonds are polar (electronegativity diffenece between S and F) and the bond dipoles do not cancel out as the molecule is "see-saw" shaped. The dipole moment is 0.632D.
