it is acidic, as my dentist once said, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but not the dentist!






They are slightly acidic but not so acidic they will rot your teeth! In fact, if you eat whole apples it is probably beneficial for your dental health by helping to strengthen the tooth roots and remove plaque (assuming you brush your teeth regularly!)

The only acidic fruits i know of are citrus. Apple isn't citrus, so i would imagine it is not acidic.
