It depends on its use!! This is the main component of everyday instant contact adhesive such as superglue and loctite!! If it is being used in the manufacturers instruction then no harm should come from doing so. However this product can be abused and cause alot of harm, apart from the obvious danger of glueing yourself to things and others. Working in a small closed environment and breathing the fumes can cause irritation and after prolonged regular exposure can cause Asthma!! Hospitals use basically the same product for glueing cuts for stitchless surgery and contrary to popular belief superglue doesn't sting when used on minor cuts and can be extremely useful!!
