No. The paper would remain flammable. The laminate would normally also be flammable with the addition that it likely also melts, dripping while still on fire and generally giving off noxious fumes. Generally not a good idea to set fire to laminated paper

A combustible liquid is flammable and will burn or explode and a true noncombustible liquid will not ignite. Thats whats up right there
Combustable liquids burn, all of them. Non combustable liquids, not so much.
Hydrogen is a highly combustible gas where it gives a unique 'pop' sound while burning.
Combustible fabric is material that can catch fire and burn when exposed to an ignition source, such as an open flame or heat. Examples include cotton, silk, and many synthetic fabrics. Noncombustible fabric, on the other hand, is material that does not readily catch fire or burn when exposed to these same sources of ignition. This type of fabric typically has a high resistance to flame and heat, making it safer in situations where fire risk is a concern. In summary, the key difference lies in their flammability properties, with combustible fabric being prone to ignition and burning, while noncombustible fabric is resistant to these risks.
Antonyms for inflammable (able to burn) are noncombustible, incombustible, or nonflammable (non-flammable).(*The words flammable and inflammable have the same general meaning of combustible.)

Very Much Better.
All plastic is recyclable, but it is not economical to recycle plastic film, as it is often contaminated. So no one will be interested in recycling laminated paper.
The coated and laminated paper industry is generally characterized by small firms that have sought to stake out dominant shares in niche markets.

You probably can't, but I'm not sure
No.
yes
Laminated sheets is a paper which is used for laminates. Normally on particle or fiberboards giving a good looking and resistant surface for use as furniture, decoration panels and flooring.
It would be fine, unless its laminated or theres a bad luck thing to it. If its laminated then you will probably get a stomachache. Better off just to crack them with your hands.
Will not catch on fire.
