Muriatic acid, also known as hydrochloric acid, is a compound. It is a chemical substance composed of hydrogen and chlorine atoms.
Muriatic acid is a chemical compound (HCl) not a solution and, being a compound, it does not have a solvent and solute.
Muriatic acid is actually a substance, not a mixture. It’s basically another name for hydrochloric acid in a really strong, liquid form. People usually use it for cleaning or in pools, but it’s super strong, so you have to be careful. It’s not mixed with other chemicals when you buy it, though sometimes people dilute it with water before using. So yeah, it’s a single substance with strong chemical properties.
Is Hydrochloric acid HCL is a compound. Hydrochloric acid is a solution of hydrogen chloride in water.
First of all 'Muriatic Acid' is the historical/archaic name for Hydrochloric Acid. Hydrochloric Acid exists as ions when dissolved in water.
No, sodium hypochlorite is a chemical compound often used for disinfection, while muriatic acid is a different compound commonly used for cleaning and etching. Both substances have different chemical compositions and properties.
Muriatic acid HCL is a compound. however it is often sold as a mixture with water.
Muriatic acid is a compound which can be made into a solution with water.
Mixture of Hydrochloric acid (HCl) and water (H2O)
Sulphuric acid (H2SO4) is a compound as it contains more than one element. The fact it is dilute simply refers to the fact it is in solution - typically in water.

Yes. Hydrochloric acid and muriatic acid are the same thing. Muriatic acid is just the old name for it and isn't used much anymore.
(Car) Battery acid is a compound. It is sulphuric acid. In a car battery lead(Pb) and copper(Cu) plates are immersed in sulphuric acid. When there is an electrical discharge across the battery , internally, the sulphuric acid reacts with the lead (Pb) plate. Seen as a white powder at the battery terminals, especially when the battery is old. There is also a release of hydrogen gas. There should be a 'vent' tube to release the hydrogen. Because if a (electrical)spark goes across the hydrogen , the battery explodes. When this lead sulphate increases on the lead plate, it will eventually touch the copper plate. The battery immediately discharges and will not work. So you have to replace the battery. H2SO4 + Pb = PbSO4 + H2 H2 + (1/2)O2(air) == spark/bang ==> H2O
