Cloud forming rain are as a result of physical change. From the body of waters on land, water vaporizes (that is) changes to water vapor which is physical change. Water vapor at higher altitude condenses to form cloud which is still another physical change. The whole process is physical change of water molecules from liquid state to gaseous state and solid state in form of cloud.
