Can not. Elements can not be changed into other elements by chemical reactions. Elements changing into other elements requires an atomic reaction, like nuclear fusion.

No, this does not happen, in-fact, when an element react in the presence of heat, light or electricity or when any form of chemical reaction takes place, a totally new product with different chemical properties is formed.

NO!!!!

Elements can only be changed by nuclear fusion/fission.

e.g. two 'heavy hydrogen (deuterium)' atoms can undergo nuclear fusion to form the element helium.

[2/1]H + [2/1]H = [4/2]He

A chemical reaction involves the exchange of electrons between two substances. The substances may be either elements and/or compounds.

e.g.

Sodium (element) and water (compound) to form the compound sodium hydroxide and the element hydrogen .

2Na(s) + 2H2O(l) = 2NaOH(aq) + H2(g)

No, they cannot. You can't just randomly create an element by mixing elements together, which is almost impossible, without anyone actually agreeing to it and making it an actual thing.🧘🏻‍♀️

What element of chemical reaction happens when one element replaces another element in a compound?

Single-displacement reaction

When does displacement reaction occur?

When one element replaces another element in a compound during a chemical reaction

In a single displacement reaction one element replaces another element in a compound?

A single-displacement reaction, also named single-replacement reaction, is a type of oxidation-reduction chemical reaction when an element or ion moves out of one compound and into another-that is, one element is replaced by another in a compound.

If new products are made in a chemical reaction what does that suggest about the reaction?

No new products can be made in a chemical reaction. Only the reactants exchange or react with another element.

Can a chemical cause a chemical change?

A chemical change can be caused by a reaction. It an element or compound reacts with another, it is known as a chemical change.

What is the definnation of elements?

A chemical element, or an element, is a material which cannot be broken down further or changed into another substance by using chemical means.

Is it possible to convert atoms of one element to atoms of another?

According to Dalton's atomic theory chemical reactions occur when atoms are separated, joined, or rearranged. Atoms of one element, however, are never changed into atoms of another element as a result of a chemical reaction (it is possible only during nuclear reactions and radioactive disintegration).

Is magnesium is a chemical reaction?

Magnesium is a chemical element, a solid metal not a reaction.

What number of products and reactants are produced by a chemical reaction?

It depends on the reaction. Also, only the products are produced by a chemical reaction; the reactants produce the reaction and are changed in the reaction to the products. (If you have a chemical equation, the number of distinct molecules and/or isolated element symbols on the right side of the equation will show how many distinct products are formed in the reaction.)

What is the name of chemical reaction Mn?

Mn is the chemical symbol (not reaction) for the element manganese.
