It depends on how much percentage of of starch solution is to be made.
For an example:
To make 20% of Starch Solution, you need to pour 20grams of starch powder in 100ml of water. After the powder is dissolved, boil the water.

∙ 13y agoTo make a 1% solution heat 80cm3 of distilled water in a beaker, weigh out 1gram of starch ,mix with a splash of distilled water.When the water is near boiling add the starch make up to 100cm3 and bring to the boil.
