Well "acid" is a street name for Lysergic acid diethylamide more commonly abbreviated to LSD. It is a very psychoactive drug which cause hallucinations of all 5senses. Such as seeing the pink elephant in your room. Imagine being in willy wonkas factory that's basically what the drug would make you see exept I would describe it as 10x crazier than that.

What are the difference between mefenamic acid and tranexamic acid?

Mefenamic acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation, while tranexamic acid is an antifibrinolytic medication used to prevent excessive bleeding. Mefenamic acid works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, while tranexamic acid helps to stabilize blood clots and prevent their breakdown. Both medications are used for different purposes and should be taken as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Will the drug be ionized if it's pKa lower than the physiological pH and why?

An acid in a base solution will ionize; a base in an acid will ionize. Like solutions do not ionize. When pKa is less than pH, around 99 percent to 100 percent of the drug will ionize.
