Its any fire which involves a liquid substance that can cat light i.e petrol fires are liquid fires, as is over heated cooking oil. This would be fires where the use of water to fight them would prove more damgerous as the pressure of the injected water could and does splash the ignited fired liquid over other distances and this causes more fires to fight. It these styles of fire co2 gas and or foam is normally used - in a kitching cooking oil fire a fire blanket can be used to starve the fire of oxygen.
flammable chemicals are chemicals that get put on fire easier than normal e.g. bleach, petrol etc.
Inflammable (flammable) chemicals include most hydrocarbons such as methane and butane, alcohols, and some metals such as magnesium.
Almost all substances
I can't think of any that aren't but there probably are that aren't flammable!

Volatile ones that contain little or no oxygen in the molecule.
Combustion give off carbon dioxide and water.
turps or turpentine, used for cleaning paint brushes and ammonia are flammable.
not after the chemicals have harden and the fumes have evaporated.
It depends on the ingredients, but most are at least quite flammable, while several are indeed, combustible. Most chemicals are flammable, and perfume is all about the man-made chemicals.
i dont know lets hope nothing flammable
If the alcohol content is high enough yes they can be flammable. Most however are not and use safer chemicals to sanitize.
