None is 'most important,' but oxygen helps us live, & with hydrogen it makes water. All of them help in some ways, different ways. Your opinion can say which is most important, but there is no right or wrong answer.

It is definitely oxygen but without hydrogen and helium there would be no nuclear fusion on the sun and that's pretty important for us to live.
