Plastic, wood, and iron are all materials composed of atoms. Plastic is a synthetic material made up of long chains of molecules called polymers, typically derived from petrochemicals. Wood is a natural composite material made up of cellulose fibers held together by lignin, a complex organic polymer. Iron is a metallic element composed of iron atoms arranged in a crystalline lattice structure.
Just about everything. Look around you. If it is man-made and you are not absolutely sure that it is metal, wood/paper, or glass/ceramic, then it is probably plastic. This includes many things that look like wetal, wood, or paper, and includes synthetic fabrics(cloth) Sitting here typing, there is nothing within my reach that is not mostly or all plastic except me, my cotton t-shirt, my wood desk (plastic coated), the case and connectors on my computer, the glass screen on the monitor, various metal screws and the metal tip on my pen. Amazingly, this is all new in the last 40 or so years. At the end of the 50's, about the only plastic in a home was nylon stockings and vinyl records. Milk came in glass or waxed cardboard. Cars were made of metal, tables were made of wood, cloths were made of cotton and wool, toys were made of metal and wood, and computers were made of . . . well they used glass tubes and weren't in homes.
Carbon is the element found in all three substances. Sugar, wood, and plastic are organic materials composed primarily of carbon atoms bonded with other elements.

Last time I looked Ferrous was another name for Iron. Any metal that is not Iron is a non-ferrous metal
plastic is made in factories and by a number of diffrent minerals and materials. plastic is one of the many things that takes a long time to decompose and some people say plastic can take ove 100 years to get rid of. and people think that plastic WILL be around in the future :) **I LOVE OSCAR**
In theory, you could use any solid material. Metal, iron, wood, plastic. But wood resonates, and that's why guitars are (normally) made out of it.
No, they are all made from plastic
No. Some Percussion instruments are made of Metal like Copper,Brass,Iron,Steel, and etc. Some are even made of plastic and other materials.
Cork, sponge, wood, and trees are all made out of cells. Plastic, on the other hand, is a synthetic material and is not made out of cells.
No. Most are made of plastic these days.
Why is the Quraan stand wood? Not all Quraan Stands (Kursi) are made from wood, There are many Kursis that are made from plastic too.
There are some made from metal or wood as well.
Patio sets can be made of any material. The most common materials are: wood, plastic, wicker and wrought iron. It all depends on your preference. Plastic is easy to clean and cheap. Wood is very durable, but needs to be looked after. Wrought iron is heavy, but very durable. Wicker is fashionable, but needs a lot of care and is not so durable. Hope this helps.
Well violins are made from wood. Things like triangles and bells are made from metal. Not sure about plastic. But something like a guitar uses all 3! Like a wood used for the body, metal for the hardware and plastic for things like the scratchplate, tuner buttons n stuff.
All I can think of is wood, plastic, water and air.
The body of the Oboe is made out of rosewood or grenadilla wood, mostly grenadilla. Although, you can buy oboes that are all plastic or that have a plastic top joint. The keys are silver plated.
It all depends on the model. Some are plastic, metal, wood or polymer.
