I'm not too totally (get it? lol) sure, but, their "claim to fame" seems to be the use of 2-Butoxyethanol ;) Which is supposiedly a non-acidic, non-oil, organic solution, which is said to break down in water....I wouldn't doubt if it contains this product...unless it's a form similar to the "oxygen cleaners" out there.....in that case, it would be a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water ;)

Best thing to do, would be to look up MSDS sheets for LA's Totally Awesome, but currently, their website says "Under Construction" for that area...
