Are all things made up of electricity?

Well it depends on how you look at it. Electricity is just lots of electrons. Electrons are in atoms. Atoms make up everything. I wouldn't say that electricity makes up everything on a test though.

What Jumps from atoms to atom make electricity?

electrons

How can something conduct electricity?

Items conduct electricity by lining up their atoms. much like how things get magnetized. if the atoms line up then electricity can pass between them using them like a bridge. some items, however, cannot line their atoms up (like wood)

Do atoms have electricity in them?

Yes, all atoms are made up of electrically charged particles.

Do atoms contain elements?

Atoms are the components that make up the Elements.

Does a metal chair conducts electricity?

Yes, all metals conduct electricity due to the metallic bonding which is where all the atoms are connected in a lattice like shape but every atom has one electron 'free'. These electrons are free to move around and as such conduct electricity.

What are all the tiny particles that make up matter?

Atoms True atoms make up all matter, but quarks make up all atoms. So fundamentally quarks make up all matter. Atoms _________________________________________________________________ dft.ba/quarks All you'll need to know about what make up hadrons, which make up matter.

Why is wood not a good conductor of electricity?

The atoms that make up wood do not have the right electron set up to conduct. In the outer most ring of electrons, it is best for only one electron.

What causes metal to conduct electricity?

The free electrons within the metal cause metal to conduct electricity because they drift easily with an applied electric force. All metal conducts electricity.

Why plastics donnot connduct electricity afterall it is made up of atoms?

The atoms it is made out of do not have 1 or 2 valence electron on the outer shell, so therefore they do not conduct electricity well. Atoms that do have 1 or 2 valence electron on the outer shell, like copper, conduct electricity well.

How are atoms related to element and compound?

Atoms make up compounds and elements.Atoms make up everything in the world.

What atoms make up a compound?

the semi adhiesive atoms
