HCl is used to destroy the substances that unite the cells so that the cells spread easily and you can see one layer of cells on your slide.
I used a tesco hpt. a dark blue line came as liquid absorbed but then dissapeared in 3 min but the control was very dark. what does this mean?

Why no shadows when using camera flash?
