Cork is a dead and dried out part of a tree and when viewed under a microscope appears as empty rectangular boxes or cells. The dark shadows you can see are actually the walls of other cells below.
HCl is used to destroy the substances that unite the cells so that the cells spread easily and you can see one layer of cells on your slide.
Take another one and read the instructions very carefully to see what it means
I would say it is a mix of antique/dark gold, light brown, and bronze. Depending on the light, you might also see very discrete hues of dark green or grey. I have a Toyota Rav4 in this color and love it!
More black but with a little dark brown in It you can see the black most but a dash of brown Iwould say you could see the brown because black absorbs all of the colors in the spectrum and doesn't reflect ANY of them!
to soften the tissue texture so that it is easy to press the root tips and put it on the slide of microscope
NO, because there is no sun to cast shadows
well you probably can but i never seen a ghost in my life and i don't want to see one well i did see shadows and it was sort of dark
They are generally nightclub dark, but you can see perfectly fine. And they're dark so that all the dancers cellulite and spots are hidden and make the dancers look better, shadows hide things.
Good Question! In olden days, corks were lubricated with animal fat to make them easier to slide into a wine bottle. That is where the practice of "sniffing the cork" when accepting a bottle of wine comes from. If the cork smells rancid (rotted meat?) then you can be sure that air has gotten past the cork and probably to the wine, turning it as well. When you are offered the cork next time at your favorite restaurant, offer that story and see if the sommelier comes to smile your way!

We see shadows when an object is blocking light. The shadow isformed because light can get around it, so you just see the outline.
if you mean craters they got there from asteroids that hit the moons surface with a large impact
No. It is hard enough to sex a day old chick. There is only one way see into an egg and that is by candling. Candling only shows dark shadows and no definition. There is absolutely no way to tell from shadows what sex a chick is.
Yes, Glaucoma and Vertigo are linked as they both effect your vision. When you have glaucoma you see dark shadows or your vision is impared when you can not see at all. With vertigo again your vision is effected as your body is not balanced and you can not see clearly as well.
Shadows are 2D because you cannot see the depth of a shadow.
They do, and that is how you see them.
When you use a camera mounted flash you do not see shadows in the photo because the light is coming from virtually the same place as the camera lens. There are shadows but they are hidden behind what ever is making them. This can make the photo look a bit flat. Most studio flashes are not mounted on the camera giving the photogropher control over the level of shadow. You see a similar effect if you hold a torch close to your eyes pointing away from them in a dark place. Virtually no shadows. The further you move the torch from your eyes the more shadow you see.
