Using a mild detergent such as a gentle laundry soap or a color-safe bleach specifically designed for colored fabric can help remove stains without causing discoloration to the blouse. It is important to test the detergent on a small, inconspicuous area of the blouse first to ensure it does not affect the color before applying it to the stained area. Additionally, washing the blouse in cold water can also help prevent color fading.
Try using a wet wipe. I would first rub the wet wipe over an area, such as the seam allowance, or other place it will not show first, to make sure there is no bad effect of the wipe on the silk.
To remove detergent from grey water, you can allow it to sit and settle so that the detergent separates and floats on top. You can then skim off the detergent layer or use a filter to strain it out before reusing or disposing of the grey water. Additionally, using eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents can help minimize the impact of detergent in grey water.

It should be able to come off just by using a damp cloth (with a little bit of scrubbing). It seems to work for me. Obviously if you do not need to wear it straight away, pop it back in the wash.
just wipe it up with a paper towel, or maybe lots of paper towels. If you use a cloth the detergent could actually stain it. When you have wiped the floor pretty much dry then use wet paper towels to remove all the residue because it may be sticky.

Detergent, soap.
Soak the blouse in cold water & Woolite for a few hours, then wash. Do NOT put in dryer. Odor should be mostly or entirely gone. If any remains, spray inside & out with Febreze. Wash after each wear, as soon as possible. Wearing multiple times, or allowing several days to pass before washing, will make the odor harder to remove. Drying blouse in the dryer locks in odor. Also, try using Secret Flawless deodorant - the best I've found for dealing with synthetic fabric issues.
