The properties of a Chemical change are these : A) Something new is produced- Preciptiate, Smoke, Colour. B) Light or heat is given off. [ Example- Crumbling of a brownie is a physical change, because nothing new is produced. but when you are baking the brownie, it is a Chemical change, because heat is given off.
