Oh, dude, methyl orange could turn red when mixed with oven cleaner. It's like a chemistry magic show, but instead of pulling a rabbit out of a hat, you're changing colors with household chemicals. Just make sure not to accidentally turn your oven into a rainbow while cleaning it, unless you're into that sort of thing.
Methyl orange is an intensely colored compound used in dyeing and printing textiles. Chemists use methyl orange as an indicator in the titration of weak bases with strong acids. It changes from red (at pH 3.1) to orange-yellow (at pH 4.4).
A mixture of methyl orange, litmus, and phenolphthalein can be used as a universal indicator because each indicator covers a different pH range. Methyl orange turns red in acidic solutions, litmus turns red in acidic solutions and blue in basic solutions, and phenolphthalein turns pink in basic solutions. By observing the color change of the mixture, you can determine the approximate pH of the solution being tested.
the colors vary depending on how much yellow or orange you put in.sometimes a soft/light orange or if you put in a lot of orange it could be a redish or dark dark orange color
I don't know ... I have the same problem . I found this in a chemestry problem , and my teacher couldn't tell me the answer . He told me to search for it, but I can't find anything about the reaction between Methyl Orange and HCl .. If you could help me , please leave a message at YM : valentin_gr2008@yahoo.com Thanks !
i am thinking that maybe if you use dark orange with light red or light orange with dark red with a little touch of yellow it could make a lava colour
yea it could be any colour

I am not sure but I think it is red In the time it takes to get an answer, you could have just dipped the bloody thing into the cleaner and found out for sure
You could say yellow and red mixed together, tangerine, peach, apricot, etc.
non-metallic is a colour that could be described like another colour as in light red could be mistaken for pink or light orange mistaken for yellow!:P

hello the main colour i am think to mix orange with to create a different colour is blue. Y ou could mix blue with it to make a brownish colour because that will be like mixing all the secondary colours together (red+yellow=orange+blue=brown) .
Different varieties of peaches are different colours. They could be white or yellow or orange
you could keep it neutral with a white shirt.
well i am guessing red ones are male ladybirds because red is kind of a boy colour and i think the orange ones are female because orange is like a girl colour or it could be the other way round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The original colour of carrots would be:PurpleWhiteBlackOrangeA king loved the colour orange so he got all purple, white and black carrots dyed orange.
