answ2. E numbers are the formal numbers given to various approved food additives. A list of these is published in many places.

The E part means European, (for they originated in the EU), but the same numbers, maybe without the E prefix, are used elsewhere in the world where it is felt that citizens are entitled to know what is in their food.

A1. E stands for the chemicals and products which harm people and cause different sicknesses

not all of them are highly damageable but some of them are, and if we keep using products which they are included in, serious illnesses might occur, and then try to get out of them.

Before using a substance, check it's ingredients, and make sure it doesn't contain the letter E with some random huge numbers beside.
