I'd like to offer an addition to the answer below...
'E' itself doesn't appear in the modern Periodic Table but is cited as the classical element 'Ether' ( ætheror Aether), which is supposed to be the '5th element' occupying the space above the terrestrial sphere.
So it might be the definition of a vacuum before the greeks understood what that was, or space. Either way, it is a non-existent element, indeed an absence of element.
-------------original answer below------------
E??
Es = Einsteinium
Er = Erbium
Eu= Europium
There are several minerals that start with the letter E. Some include epidote, elsmoreite, emerald, emery, ekanite, empressite, and euclase.

E is related to a group of elements in chemistry by being the symbol used to represent an element in the periodic table. Each element is uniquely identified by its atomic number and symbol, with E being a placeholder for a specific element's symbol.
elements in the periodic table
Both e (element) and Mg (Magnesium) are listed in the periodic table of elements. They are both essential for various biological processes - e is important for the structure of biological molecules and Mg is a cofactor for many enzymes.
Element 99 on the periodic table is einsteinium.

The answer is Helium. It has five letters and the second letter is E. Helium is a chemical element with the symbol He and atomic number 2 on the periodic table.
A periodic chemistry is a periodic table. A periodic table is a tab,e with atoms and elements. Whatever we eat or use have atoms or elements.

That stands for "One hundred eight Elements in the Periodic Table", but this is now obsolete. As of 2008, at least 117 elements have been discovered.

In the periodic table, 118 refers to the atomic number of an element, which indicates the number of protons in the nucleus of an atom. "E" typically stands for an element symbol, but as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, element 118 is Oganesson (Og), a synthetic superheavy element with an extremely short half-life.
There are 18 groups in the modern periodic table. The groups are also referred as families.
