molecular theory explains weather a molecule will exist or not on the basis of bond order. that is by taking difference of bonding and antibonding electrons.this seems good for diatomic molecule but fails for polyatomic molecule. for example, take He3 molecule. according to molecular orbital theory the bond order comes out to be one which implies that the molecule must exist and must have a single bond in it. but no such molecule exist practically.

Lewis structures do not tell you anything about molecular geometry you have to invoke hybridisation argumments or us VSEPR (AXE theory) to make predictions

The formula NH3 tells us that each molecule of ammonia consists of one nitrogen atom covalently bonded to three hydrogen atoms. This indicates that ammonia is a polar molecule with a trigonal pyramidal shape due to the lone pair on the nitrogen atom.
not yet but obviously you've heard the theory that it does. so i will tell you this its a theory. its not proven because the big bang is not proven that's just the theory everyone goes with. they say the universe will contract, but that wont happen in my lifetime nor billions of other peoples lifetimes after us. they say it will happen billions.. maybe trillions of years after us.

You haven't told us which molecule you are talking about. Different molecules have different shapes.
