when talking about givers and takers, what we are talking about are elements that give or take electrons to have a full energy level
An element that is a giver would be an element (lets use just main group elements because they are easier to deal with) that has less than 4 valence electrons
an element that is a taker would be an element that has more than 4 valence electrons
if it has exactly four then it could really go either way
nonmetals are 'close'. Noble gases are the last column on the right.

Metalloids are the elements that are found to the right of the zig zag in the periodic table
Metals the right side is nonmetals 🌟
The upper right corner except for hydrogen which is in the top left.
they are located in the right corner of the Periodic Table i think
He made the periodic table. When he found gaps he said there were unknown elements, he was right and those elements were found in his lifetime.Mendeleev was the first person to organize the elements into what we would recognize as a version of the modern periodic table.
At the lower right corner of the Periodic Table.
halogens are in group 17 and found on the far right corner of the periodic table to the left of the noble gases
Bttom right of the Periodic Table
The noble gases are located in group 18, which starts at the upper right hand corner of the periodic table with helium.
they are located on the top right corner
Metalloids are the elements that are found to the right of the zig zag in the periodic table
Elements that are insulators are on the right side of the periodic table.
