Primarily, the sun radiates energy in the form of light. Light waves, or photons, carry the energy away uniformly in all directions. The sun also transfers a miniscule proportion of its energy in other ways. It emits streams and bursts of kinetic energy and electric potential energy when it ejects high speed charged particles into space, commonly called the solar wind and solar flares. The sun also transfers kinetic and thermal energy to its orbiting planets through gravitationally induced tidal friction. Some suns explode following the depletion of all their fuel, resulting in a single, cataclysmic kinetic energy release. In this explosion, the sun releases potential atomic energy captured in the byproducts of a solar lifetime of nuclear fusion. These byproducts, known to us as the elements of the Periodic Table (such as carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen) make up the stuff of other suns, planets, and their inhabitants.
Gravitational potential energy compressing it inward and thermonuclear fusion energy pushing it out, as long as they balance the sun will be stable. For stars like the sun this period of stability lasts about 12 billion years.
The Sun has nuclear energy - in the form of its reserves of hydrogen-1, which it uses as fuel. After the energy is converted, it becomes heat, and eventually leaves the Sun, mainly as visible light as well as other EM frequencies.
Solar (the energy of "light") and thermal (the energy of "heat")
1) Heat 2) Light 3) Radiation 4) Electromagnetic radio waves from solar flares
The type of energy the sun produce is radiant energy
kinetic energy and electric potential energy and thermal energy
Sunlight arrives at the Earth as electromagnetic radition, and it shows itself in the form of heat and light, with a small amount of ultra-violet.
It gives off vitimain
Light Energy and Solar Energy are all a part produced by the sun.
The three forms of energy are: Kinetic energy, Potential energy, and Radiant energy.-Carol
Could be 'potential energy' some examples of energy in action would be sun,fire,t.v.,and a speeding rocket. :)
Chemical energy is another form of stored or potential energy. It is stored in food, fuels and batteries, and is released as other forms of energy during chemical reactions.Green plants trap the light energy from the Sun and convert it into chemical energy during photosynthesis.Other foems of energy are sometimes converted into chemical energy before they are save for future use.
No. It is actually thermal energy from the sun that is transformed into food/chemical energy.
Energy
Other forms of energy
The energy that the sun gives off are heat and light. Living things on Earth need these forms of energy.
The sun supplies different kinds of energy including electricity, heat and power sources
From the Sun. Also from other stars, and from distant galaxies - but we only get significant amounts of energy from our Sun.

Radiation, conduction and convection
light and heat
sun energy , water enegy, wind energy, energy of fossils an energy from food are the different kinds of energy.
What happens is that the sun's energy forms evaporation. Than, the evaporation moisturizes the hot air.
radiant energy
As the ocean's waves absorb or release energy from the sun, the transfer of energy changes.
