Group 1 (hydrogen and the alkali metals) has 7 all of them well known. The noble gases group 8, have 7 on some versions of the table but that includes Uuo with an atomic number of 118, where only extremely small amounts have been made not enough to even tell whether its a gas, liquid or solid!
Group one has seven known elements, the most of any of the 18 groups on the Periodic Table so far.
3rd B or 3rd group
Metals.
with group 17 elements or halogens
The ist group elements Alkali metals are most active elements.
Alkali metals are the elements in the 1st group. In the 1st group, the reactivity of the elements increase down the group. Cs is the most reactive alkali metal.
D - block contains most elements.... ie,from 3rd group to 12th group
Noble gases (group 18) are the almost nonreactive elements. Group 1 elements are the most reactive metals. Group 17 elements are the most reactive non-metals.

the group1 elements
The ist group elements Alkali metals are most active elements.
Alkali metals are the elements in the 1st group. In the 1st group, the reactivity of the elements increase down the group. Cs is the most reactive alkali metal.
Noble gases (or group 18 elements)
D - block contains most elements.... ie,from 3rd group to 12th group
The elements from the group 12 are not the most reactive chemical elements.
Noble gases (group 18) are the almost nonreactive elements. Group 1 elements are the most reactive metals. Group 17 elements are the most reactive non-metals.
Group 1 or alkali metals are the most metallic elements.
As a general rule, these are the elements toward the top of the group in the periodic table.
