-NaOH + HCl ----> NaCl (Salt) + H2O (Stomach inflamation base displacement with stomach acid)

-H2CO3 -----> H2O + CO2 (Hydrogen Carbonate acid decomposes to water and carbon dixide)

You can get water by using both reactions.
