you may be referring to several different kinds of structures within a mineral... crystal structure- this type of structure is what makes diamonds and materials like silicon semiconductors and germanium so stable and durable a lattice- this is actually just a more general term for the aforementioned structure. lattice parameters describe a unit cell, which in turn, describes the 3d shape and arrangement of a crystal.
