Oxypheromalkayhde is a steroid created by Doktor Mandrake. It was tested on an orphan, inadvertantly transforming him into a giant mutant bear and so Doktor Mandrake has since been searching for the bear, so he can rediscover the effects of oxypheromalkahyde.
