Nucleus. Composed of Protons and neutrons. Can be sub-divided further but you probably don't have to know that. (quarks and muons and such.)

At the center of the atom is the nucleus . The nucleus is a dense regions and it consists of neutrons and protons. Almost all the mass of the atom is concentrated in the nucleus.
