Why does soap split when sitting for a while?

Soap cracks and splits because of the continuous wet and dry stages that it undergoes throughout its existence. There are ingredients that can reduce or minimize these effects; about 0.1 to 1 percent titanium dioxide, 0.01 to 1 percent dye, and about 1.5 to 5 percent of a straight chain primary alcohol of 16 to 18 carbon atoms selected from the group consisting of stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and myristyl alcohol (pick your poison). How does Dentyl pH Mouthwash work?

Traditional mouthwash formulations use alcohol to kill bacteria in order to control halitos. Although Dentyl pH contains an antibacterial agent (cetylpyridinium chloride triclosan), it also contails an oil (isopropyl myristate) in order to remove bacteria from the mouth. Dentyl pH consists of two separate coloured phases: a water-based phase which contains the cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and an oil based solution with natural essential oils. the mouthwash is shaken before use to create a temporary mix of the two. This mixture is clinically proven to lift debris and bacteria from the mouth and kill up to 99% of oral bacteria.

Which drugs would be the best treatment for nodular acne?

I do NOT recommend taking Accutane or any other oral drug to treat acne. Reason being, studies are showing that some of the side effects can have a permanent negative effect on your health and/or be life-threatening! Nodular acne and cystic acne are in the same family and ARE treatable with topical products. I'd recommend using 10% benzoyl peroxide to treat them however if you've never used BP before you should start off slowly and allow your skin to get used to it. If you don't your skin will get SUPER dry and flaky. Also, make sure whatever benzoyl product you use doesn't have any pore clogging ingredients in it. Here is a list of ingredients you should stay away from.
