I think you means ' HNO3'. Note the CAPITAL 'O' for oxygen. ' No' is Nobelium a completely defferent element.

HNO3 is Nitric Acid.

NB Be careful when writing chemical formuale. Single letter symbols are ALWAYS a CAPITAL letter ; Oxygen 'O'. Double letter symbols are, first letter is a CAPITAL letter and the second letter is small/lower case. ' Nobelium 'No'.
